The endowment care fund, also known as a perpetual fund, is a very important component in a developing cemetery. A one-time fee is charged each time a space is sold and the fee is deposited into an interest bearing trust fund.

After the cemetery has sold out completely, the interest that has accrued from the trust fund over time will be more than enough to provide proper care and maintenance of the cemetery for many years to come. 

The principal on the endowment fund will never be touched. We pride ourselves in developing one of the strongest endowment funds in Arizona. ​
