Jacqueline Vos

On September 13, 2024, the angels bestowed Jacqueline with her wings, gently placing her in the loving arms of the Lord. Jacqueline was a true angel on Earth, embodying trust, love, and compassion towards others, always selflessly putting their needs before her own. Born in 1931 in the quaint farming community of Petersburg, North Dakota, Jacqueline grew up alongside two brothers, one older and one younger. In her late teens, she married her beloved Robert, and together they raised eight children with utmost love and care.

Settling in Lakeville, Minnesota, Jacqueline owned and operated a successful saddle shop while also sharing her passion for Arabian horses with her family. Following a peaceful divorce, Jacqueline embarked on a new chapter in Hawaii, where she served as a dedicated personal assistant for the president of a prominent investment firm. Upon moving to Arizona to support her daughter at the Arabian horse farm, Jacqueline continued to touch lives through her horseback riding lessons, fostering joy in her students and showing love to her cherished mare, Gigi.

Amidst her busy schedule, Jacqueline always made time to pray, volunteer at Paz De Christo, and extend a helping hand to the less fortunate. On September 13, 2024, Jacqueline peacefully passed away in her sleep, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness as a devoted mother, friend, grandmother, great grandmother and soulmate. To all who knew her, Jacqueline epitomized the essence of an angel.

Jacqueline is survived by 6 children, 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held at St Anne’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday October 14th at 10:00am.
