Our Stainless Steel 2 inch x 2 inch QR code plaque costs $250 plus tax.
If your loved one has an existing marker already installed at San Tan Memorial Gardens there is an additional charge of $150 to engrave a recessed area into the granite headstone so the QR code plaque can sit flush with the granite, thus allowing it to last even longer.
We do not charge the additional $150 if you have not produced a marker yet.
The QR Code plaques are designed to withstand any weather conditions as they are crafted using laser etched stainless steel.

If your plaque is lost, damaged, or stolen, simply let us know and we will install a replacement at no cost. This ensures your loved one's memory is always preserved without worry.
A valuable feature of the QR Code Plaque is that each account is connected to a searchable data base, and you don’t necessarily need the plaque to access your loved ones memorial. You can always access the profile online.
Life's QR is a pre-paid web hosting solution for memorials, providing 35 years of guaranteed hosting with a one-time fee no recurring costs.
While we would love to promise a "lifetime" or "forever" service, such claims are misleading and unrealistic. After the included 35 years—or at any time during that period—you can download the memorial content to save it yourself, or you can choose to continue hosting after 35 years for a nominal fee.
Once you purchase your QR Code plaque, our grounds crew are responsible for installing it.
Placement of the plaque on the headstone is permanent.
