San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms is a Perpetual Care cemetery. This means the cemetery has an Irrevocable Perpetual Trust fund in its name that is already substantially over-funded. The funds from this fund alone will cover the cost of landscape maintenance during the years following the final burial at the cemetery.
Each time a burial plot is sold, the cemetery receives a one-time Endowment Care fee of which 100% is deposited into the trust fund to provide perpetual care utilizing the interest earned from the trust fund. The Endowment Care fee ensures that the cemetery will stay beautiful for generations to come.
