Sylvia Vogel gave us the exact information and time we needed to make our final decisions. Her availability for appointments and conversations met our needs perfectly. Sylvia went above and beyond by helping us 'pay it forward' and give a grieving family an urn we no longer needed.

Gale Failner was very helpful when designing the headstone for our son's gravesite. We were very happy that the children's design was usable. We look forward to seeing the finished headstone in the very near future.

I think our children were "concerned" about us taking care of this in advance of us actually needing it, but now they are REALLY glad we did! In my own family, my grandfather had a large burial plot where he and all of his children (and their spouses) were buried. His children never had to worry about it, and I was so grateful. His motto was "never be a burden to your children". We are trying to do the same for our own kids.
